At Clayy­ing, we occasionally offer customization options for select ceramic pieces. Custom works allow you to add a personal touch while staying true to our aesthetic and craftsmanship.

What Can Be Customized

Depending on the piece and our production schedule, customization may include:

·       Color variations within our existing palette

·       Small adjustments to decorative details

·       Personalized inscriptions (on the base or underside, if applicable)

All customizations are approached with care and must align with the Clayy­ing design language.

What Cannot Be Customized

To maintain the integrity of our work, we do not offer:

·       Exact replicas of existing pieces

·       Fully custom designs based on external references

·       Major changes to size, structure, or form

·       Food-safe modifications unless explicitly stated

Customization is not intended for mass production or commercial replication.

How to Request a Custom Piece

If you are interested in a customized Clayy­ing piece, please contact us with the following details:

·       Your customization request (color, inscription, etc.)

·       Intended use (personal, gift, display)

Pricing & Production Time

·       Custom pieces may require additional fees depending on the request.

·       Production time varies and will be confirmed before payment.

·       All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Final Sale

Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Important Notes

·       Each custom piece is handmade and may vary slightly from previews or descriptions.

·       Color tones may appear different due to screen settings and glazing processes.

·       We reserve the right to decline customization requests that fall outside our scope.
