Products & Descriptions
All Clayying products are handcrafted ceramic pieces. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, shape, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are considered part of the character of the product and do not constitute defects.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be completely accurate.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped or entered production. Once an order has been dispatched or production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Damaged Items
Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our ceramic pieces, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and assist accordingly.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Clayying and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clayying shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
