We ship worldwide to most destinations.

All Clayy­ing pieces are carefully packed and shipped from our studio. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

·       Ready-to-ship items: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

·       Made-to-order or custom pieces: Processing times vary and will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Packaging & Fragile Items

Ceramic pieces are inherently fragile, and we take packaging seriously. Each item is securely wrapped with protective materials and packed with care to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

·       Your order number

·       Clear photos of the damaged item

·       Photos of the original packaging

We will assess the situation and assist you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our ceramic pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Each Clayy­ing piece is handcrafted, and slight variations in shape, color, or texture are considered part of the product’s character and are not regarded as defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped or entered production. Once an order has been dispatched or a made-to-order piece has begun production, cancellations are no longer possible.
