Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. All Clayying pieces are handcrafted from start to finish. Each item is sculpted, glazed, and finished by hand, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in shape, color, or texture are part of the beauty of handmade ceramics.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made from high-quality ceramic clay and finished with carefully selected glazes. Each piece is fired at high temperatures to ensure durability while preserving the character of handcrafted work.
Are the ceramic cakes edible or food-safe?
Our ceramic cakes are decorative art objects, inspired by desserts. They are not edible and are not intended for food use unless otherwise stated in the product description.
How should I care for my ceramic piece?
We recommend handling your piece with care.
· For cleaning, gently wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
· Avoid dropping or knocking against hard surfaces.
· Do not place in a dishwasher or microwave.
With proper care, your piece can be enjoyed for many years.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes, depending on local regulations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary depending on availability and whether the item is made-to-order.
· Ready-to-ship items: usually dispatched within 3–7 business days

How do you package fragile items?
We take packaging very seriously. Each ceramic piece is carefully wrapped with protective materials and packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our ceramic pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
