At Clayy­ing, we carefully prepare and ship each handcrafted ceramic piece with attention and care. Please review the following information before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All Clayy­ing pieces are handcrafted ceramic works.

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or custom items require additional time. The estimated processing time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to most countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance and local carrier delays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.


Packaging & Fragile Items

Ceramic pieces are inherently fragile. Each Clayy­ing order is carefully wrapped using protective materials and packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Despite our careful packaging, shipping accidents may occasionally occur.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

We are not responsible for damage reported after this time frame.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Clayy­ing is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the shipping provider when possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Clayy­ing is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
